A New Years "Resolution"

I always feel an uncomfortable kind of pressure... making a New Years Resolution for myself! Maybe because I don't often keep them! (probably because they are usually weight related!)
I visited a friends blog today and felt comforted, inspired and enlightened! (As I often do after visit to her blog.)
I copied this from her blog. I just loved it and couldn't help but share it!

This Year We Will
Mend a Quarrel
Seek out a Forgotten Friend
Dismiss Suspicion and replace it with Trust
Write a letter
Give a soft answer
Encourage youth
Manifest our loyalty in word and deed
Keep a promise
Forgo a grudge
Forgive an Enemy
Apologize
Try to Understand
Examine our demands on Others
Think First of Someone Else
Be Kind
Be Gentle
Laugh a little More
Express our Gratitude
Welcome a Stranger
Gladden the heart of a Child
Take pleasure in the beauty and wonder of the Earth
Speak our Love
And then Speak it Again
